  2. If you’re unsure about which therapist would be the best fit, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. During this call, we’ll discuss your preferences and needs to help match you with a suitable therapist from our diverse team.

Understanding Your Coverage

If you plan to use insurance, we’ll ask you to provide your insurance card and date of birth. Our dedicated billing coordinator will then work diligently to verify your eligibility and explain your coverage for mental health services. We know that navigating insurance can be confusing, which is why we prioritize clear communication throughout the process. While we can’t guarantee the outcome until your claims are processed, we’ll do our best to provide accurate information about copays, coinsurances, deductibles, and any potential out-of-pocket costs.

After learning more about your specific needs and goals, we’ll carefully match you with a therapist we believe will be the best fit for your therapeutic journey. However, if you feel the connection isn’t quite right, we encourage you to discuss your concerns with your therapist openly. This can lead to a productive exploration of your therapy wishes and needs. If the issue extends beyond the therapeutic relationship, we would be happy to match you with another therapist. We don’t always change therapists right away, as addressing concerns within the existing relationship can often lead to valuable growth and understanding. Ultimately, your comfort and trust are our top priorities.
