Our therapists may have a waitlist of 1-3 months before ongoing weekly sessions can begin, but we understand how important it is to feel heard and supported as you start therapy. To help you take the first step, we offer first Full session or a Free 10-minute video call, so called “chemistry check”, as soon as possible. This gives you the space to connect with the therapist, reflect on whether the relationship feels like the right fit, and decide—at your own pace—whether to wait for an available spot. We believe therapy is a deliberate process, and this time of decision-making is an essential part of it.

We’re in-network with the following insurance providers: Aetna, Cigna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, CDPHP.

What to expect on a first session

    • Goal Setting: Together with the therapist, you will explore and set realistic goals for therapy, outlining what you hope to achieve or work on during your sessions.
